Ricardo is CEO of Idem. Master in Education & Educational Management (C) from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Business Administrator (2019) and Accountant (2020) from Universidad del Pacífico, where he obtained the "Robert Maes" award. Member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Society (BGS).

Alonso is Chairman of the Board of Idem. He holds a Master's Degree in Law (C) from Harvard University (USA) and Peking University (China). Lawyer (2015) from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and Business Administrator (2013) and Accountant (2012) from Universidad del Pacífico, where he obtained the "Robert Maes" award.

Tadashi is Image Director of Idem. He is currently Design Director at Infinito Consultores. He has worked in renowned agencies such as Fahrenheit DDB, Brandlab, among others. He graduated from Toulouse Lautrec in Graphic Design and Direction.

Ashely is Research Director of Idem. Master of Laws (C) from New York University (USA) and Peking University (China). Law (2018) from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in the United Kingdom. Currently working as an associate lawyer at PwC Malaysia.

Andrea is an Honorary Member of Idem. Master in Economic Administrative Law (C) and Lawyer (2016) from Universidad del Pacífico, where she obtained the "Robert Maes" award. She currently works as an associate in the Intellectual Property area of Estudio Echecopar - Associate at Baker & McKenzie International.

Giorgio is an Honorary Member of Idem. Lawyer (2015) by the University of Lima, with specialization by Centrum Business School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2016). He is currently a Partner at SMP Abogados Law Firm, as well as an arbitrator in ad hoc litigation.
